1. Agreement

By installing or using QuickPull, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Trial and Beta Access

Trial access may be time-limited and may require backend activation. Trial features, limits, and duration may change.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use QuickPull only for lawful business operations and in compliance with retailer and payment-platform terms.

4. Accounts and Activation

You are responsible for credentials, activation data, and workstation security. Activation codes may be restricted to one installation.

5. Fees and Refunds

If paid plans are offered, billing and refund terms will be provided at the point of purchase or in a separate order agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

QuickPull software, branding, and related materials are owned by QuickPull or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

QuickPull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuickPull is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
